Ordering Quick Links
Families may keep any items they have ordered with instructional funds for their duration at the Cottonwood School. When a student withdraws or graduates, they will be asked to return any unused items. Students withdrawing early in the year are expected to return any non-consumable and unused consumable items.
Obtaining Inventory Lists
Parents can check their students’ current order inventory (items ordered in or after the 2021-22 school year) in Procurify by pulling up order history. A detailed inventory from items purchased in previous years is not available at that time.
If the student has non-consumable inventory that has been listed incorrectly on the order, please keep a record of this information.
Common Questions
Can items be returned while students are still enrolled?
Yes! If a parent wants to return items after using them, they may do so at any time. Families may keep items as long as they are enrolled.
What can be returned?
Anything that could reasonably be used by another student in the future.
What if an item is lost or damaged?
If an item is lost or damaged, the loss or damage should be reported as soon as possible to the HST by the family. Families may be responsible for the cost to replace lost or damaged items per restitution policy/guidelines.
What if inventory is damaged?
All non-consumables should be returned to The Cottonwood School. TCS will determine whether or not the item needs to be disposed of or can be repaired.
What if inventory is missing pieces?
Please return the items you do have, and then TCS can put them together with other partial kits so that they are reusable.
Can families pay for items and keep them instead of returning them?
Unfortunately, items are unable to be resold to families, and the inventory should be returned. However, in most instances, we can provide you with vendor purchasing information so parents can order replacements of their student’s favorite items.
Please have families fill out and submit the Curriculum & Enrichment Inventory Return Form when returning items to the Lending Library or Library Van.
