HST Quick Links
Every HST is required to help out with at least one PFT, which is typically scheduled in February. We will have many testing sites and dates to choose from, and we try to accommodate everyone in terms of their preference for where and when they would like to proctor.
There will be a preference survey sent out in December once the locations are booked and finalized. To ensure a good date and preference, please fill out the survey.
1:1 Testing
Please note that if you have a student that fails to make it to their assigned testing day/time/location and you are unable to reschedule them for another school-sponsored test site, then it is your responsibility to test them 1:1 and email the results to testing@cottonwoodk12.org.

Physical Fitness Testing is on the books! The following dates are scheduled. As shared in the all-staff meeting, please share this information with your families at your December LP meetings in order to get them registered by 12/20. Please only share START times with families. If you have not registered your students, a friendly reminder email will be sent before we go out on break.

Once a location is selected by your family, go into Pathways to register them. Directions can be found here to do this. Please have all your 5th, 7th, and 9th graders registered by 12/20.
The last thing you need to do to be fully prepared for the PFT is to fill out this form to select your first, second and third choice for proctoring duties.
